That fist bump or High-5 at the end of a workout is a powerful gesture

Coach Bun’s points for the week:

  • This week we delve deeper into our Olympic lifting complexes with more focus on the strength of our pull.
  • There is also a step back from the big compound movements, being replaced with some intense Metcons for this week as we will ramp up the strength work next week
  • Masters League workouts will also now be released every Friday and the gym will do the workouts every Tuesday!
