- Tempo exercises have been reintroduced in our strength work to add positional and structural development.
- Our Olympic lifting movement work will be done from the hang this week as we continue to nail down our positions
- El spicy MetCons with the addition of some partner/team workouts during the week

CALLING ALL MASTERS!!!!
If you are doing the Masters League online comp which runs for 4 weeks from Tuesday 15th May or the Pan Pacs in November, then I want to give you a heads up that I will be organising training sessions to bring everyone together to start working towards getting ourselves ready and staying motivated.
This will be a casual affair and it is not restricted to just the Masters, or just to those who are competing – anyone, young and old, can come and join in.
The first such session will be this Tuesday night at 7.15pm (during the the Talon session).

STRENGTH
A. 3 sets of:
5 Push Press
***Tempo on descent – 2 seconds down.
B. 3 sets of:
10 Lateral Step Ups (each leg)
METCON
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes:
10 Pull-ups
20 Lunges
10 Burpees
***Maintain a constant pace, aim for work done in 1:10-30
