A. In teams of 4:

80 Cal row

80 sec Deadhang (as a team)

80 Hang DB Cleans (20/15kg)

80m Farmers Carry (20/15kg)

80 cal Assault Bike

**Once you get your hands on your Dumbells you must all hold them for reps to count. One person works at one time.

 

Then split into two pairs and go head to head in:

40 Pull-ups

40 Push-ups

40 Airsquats

400m Run together.
