60 Front squats

40 Shoulder to OH

200m Run Relay

 

B. In the same teams:

400m Run together

80 Pull-ups/Ring rows

60 Wallballs

40 Push-ups

20 Burpees

 

C. To finish;

60 cals on the AB for time
