3 Hang Power Snatch @70% of 1RM

B. 7 sets of:

2 Paused Back Squats @ 70-80% of 1RM with a 3 second pause.

 

METCON

Running:

4 x 400m Runs.

***Maintain a steady pace through the sets try hold 70% of best 400m

 

ACCESSORIES

A. 5 sets of:

8 Weighted Hip raise

B. 3 sets of:

10 Lateral raises each arm.
