WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. 5 sets of:

8 Conventional Deadlift from blocks
Use two 20kg plates to decrease how far the bar needs to travel. Work on glute and hamstring speed.

B. Planks 4×45 seconds with 3 seconds between each set

METCON
EMOM for 15 minutes:
1 – 40 Double unders/Singles
2 – 20 Kipping swings
3 – 20m Single arm KB walk (each arm)
4 – 20 Sit-ups
5 – 10 Pistols/Pistols to bench
