A NEW WEEK. A NEW FOCUS

GEO weekly programming update:

  • This week the weights are taking a back seat as we bring more intensity to our conditioning with a number of spicy MetCons and EMOMS that will cover a range of movements for extended periods of time.
  • Olympic lifts and strength work will feature more positional and power variations to help solidy our technique.
  • Gymnastics movements will be covered through the week with some specific accessory work added in.
