- Olympic lifting complexes will become more technical as we build brute and technical strength.
- We will also ramp up this week’s AMRAPs with a few rare movements popping up that should shake things up a bit.
- Some new additions to our accessory regime will see you build a strong posterior chain
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Build to a heavy complex:
3 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
4 sets of:
5 Hollow to Arch Swings + 5 Pull-ups
***For those still building pull-up strength, replace with:
5 sets of:
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
15 min AMRAP of:
***RX+ option – Bar Muscle-Ups; MedBall Clean before each Wallball rep; Sandbag Run
