Build to a heavy complex:
3 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
4 sets of:
5 Hollow to Arch Swings + 5 Pull-ups
***For those still building pull-up strength, replace with:
5 sets of:
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
15 min AMRAP of:
