WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

5 rounds for time of:

10 Thrusters 40/30kg

100m Run

5 Burpees over Bar

STRENGTH

A. 3 sets of:

Back Squats @ 60%

***Focus on chest up, knees driving out in direction of toes, and speed out of the bottom

B. 3 sets of:

10 Good Mornings

C. 4 sets of:

5 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (each arm)
