WHO ATE TOO MANY CHOCCY EGGS?

After a weekend of indulgence by many, today we get to make amends with a hefty team chipper.  This will make every one of those chocolate eggs guilt free.  Come in and join us at 9.30am for the only class today, or if you are up earlier, there will be an Open Gym session from 8am.

20 Wallclimbs
400m 60kg Barbell Carry (Team)
60 cal Bike
15 Rope Climbs
60 Burpees over Bar
