FRIDAY – 8am Open Gym, 9.30am Class

SATURDAY – 7am Open Gym, 8.00am Class

SUNDAY – 12.30pm Open Gym

MONDAY – 8.00am Open Gym, 9.30am Class

Come in for a mega-team workout tomorrow (see below).  We are only running the one class – the more, the merrier.

METCON

“A Sad Day”

In teams of 3, 7 min AMRAP:

10 Front Squats 50/35kg

10 Burpees

***Alternate complete rounds

“Then Came The Easter Bunny”

In teams of 3, 7 min AMRAP:

10 Push Press 50/35kg

10 Box Jumps 24/20″

***Alternate complete rounds

>>2 min Rest

“Now Everybody’s Happy”

In teams of 3, 7 min AMRAP:

5 Thrusters 50/35kg

5 Burpee Box Jumps
