It was great turnout last night for our Masters v’s Juniors battle in Open WOD 18.5.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

A. Snatch Complex – 1 Muscle Snatch + 3 Power Snatch

***Build to a heavy weight – limiting factor will be the Muscle Snatch

B. Snatch Pulls

4 sets of 4 (add 20kgs to the weight used in the complex)

METCON

In teams of 3, work through 18 rounds of:

“Cindy”

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats
