Today will see the announcement of the final workout of the Open – 18.5. In case you didn’t already know, CrossFit is leaving it up to us (the CrossFit community) to decide what it will be. They will be offering up three choices on which we must vote. This will be done via Facebook Live at about 8am our time, so if you want to have a say in what poison you take, jump on and cast your vote.
As has been the custom, we will run the workout tonight at 5pm. Because it is the last one we will be doing something special – it will be the Masters of GEO (35 and over) v’s the Youngsters of GEO (34 and under). Points will be awarded firstly on attendance, and then performance results.
I encourage everyone to come in and support your peers. Masters will be asked to wear Red and Youngsters will be asked to wear Black.

4 – 30 Double Unders/Singles
5 – 15 Push-ups
A. Thrusters – 4 sets of 6 from the rack
B. Back Rack Lunge – 3 sets of 5 on each leg
