3 x 35 sec Superman Holds

3 x 15 Kipping Swings

***those who wish to work on their ring muscle ups, use the rings

METCON

3 sets of:

10 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts

10 Double Kettlebell Front Squats

10 Double Kettlebell Thrusters

***Use a light to medium weight
