Build to a heavy set of 4 reps then:

3 x 8 @ 15% of what you got to

B. 3 x 80m Farmers Carry

METCON

In teams of 3, 2 rounds for time of:

60 cal Row

60 sec Plank (together)

600m Run with a wallball
