A. Leisurely 800m Run

STRENGTH

4 x 5 Back Squat with a 3 sec eccentric @ 70%

B. For time:

50 Box Jumps

40 Double Unders

30 Lunges

20 Pull-ups/Ring Rows

10 Burpees

5 Wall Climbs
