1 Thruster + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

METCON

In pairs 3 rounds for time of:
60m Farmers carry 32/24kg
200m Run together
50 Sandbag squats
30 cal AB

B. Then in the same pairs 80 Wallballs for time, the ball cannot stop moving unless it is being passed to you partner. If it comes to rest you do 5 burpees.
