METCON

In pairs, alternate movements for 2 rounds of:

10 Power Cleans 50/35kg

10 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg

15 Burpees over Bar

10 Overhead Squats 50/35kg

10 Back Rack Lunges 50/35kg
