A.In teams of 3, 15 min AMRAP:

20m Lunge with a Wallball 9/6kg
20m Bear Crawl
5 Burpees
***Alternate complete rounds

 

B. In teams of 3, 15 min AMRAP:

15 Hand Release Push-ups
10 Wallballs

***Alternate complete rounds
DO NOT DROP THE BALLS!!!!
