10 Overhead Lunges 45/30kg

8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

***This WOD was originally programmed as a 25 foot walking lunge with a barbell overhead.  We have modified it to an overhead lunge in the same spot to avoid collisions – it will still be challenging 🙂
