LETS WORK ON PACING

Yesterday we launched our 2018 Young Guns Program with an awesome turnout of kids. They worked on some rowing technique, Push presses, and a spicy little MetCon of Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squat Jumps.

STRENGTH

3RM Hang Power Snatch

METCON

20 min EMOM

1: 10-15 Overhead Squats 40/30kg

2: 45 sec Plank

3: 10-15 Toes to Bar

4: 30 Double Unders

***The goal with this workout is to focus on technique and pacing/recovery.  Choose a weight/rep scheme that challenges you but also allows you to complete each round unbroken with enough time to recover for the next movement.
