METCON

A. 400m Run

once the last person comes in, 1 minute rest, then:

5 min AMRAP

10m Broad Jump

10 Walking Lunges

B. For time:

20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters 25/15kg (10 each arm)

20 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch

20 Dumbbell Goblet Squats

20 Burpees over Dumbbell

400m Run with Dumbbell
