Last year we launched our CrossFit program for kids with phenomenal success. Boys and girls aged 8 to 14 started their fitness journey with the basics and by year end they were Snatching and Clean & Jerking, Ninjaring and jumping around well beyond what their ages would have you believe.
We are excited to announce that next week on Wednesday 7 February we will be kicking off Term 1 for 2018.
The term will run for 10 weeks with Wednesdays (4.15pm to 5.15pm) reserved for kids aged 12-15 years, and Thursdays (4.15pm to 5.00pm) reserved for kids aged 8-12 years.
The cost is $150 for the full term – we do not do drop in sessions or half terms.
