GYMNASTICS CLASS BACK ON TODAY AT 9AM
Today’s class focus will involve a recap on Handstand Push-up technique and then we will flow into Kipping technique for Toes to Bar and Pull-ups.
(If you plan on doing the 8am class first, just leave something in the tank for the Gymnastics class – don’t go all out).
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
In teams of 3-4, 3 rounds for time of:
400m 20kg plate carry (shared between all members)
20 cal Row each (one after the other)
80 Squat Jumps
80 Hand Release Push-ups
***Focus on moving well first then add speed – make sure your Squat Jumps are full depth squats and the hips are open in the jump, and try not to worm the Push-ups – engage the core, glutes and quads to maintain a rigid midline
