WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH
15 min EMOM (every 3 mins):
5 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1RM + 10 Lateral OTB Burpees + 30 sec Plank
METCON
For Reps:
15 Power Snatch 20/15kg
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch 40/30kg
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch 60/40kg
30 Double Unders
Max Rep Power Snatch 70/50kg (in time remaining)
***Try to have a go at the Double Unders.  If you can do one Double Under, then try to do 5 each round. If you cannot do one Double Under, the you will do 90 Singles.
