WORK OFF THE PUDDING

Welcome back!  I hope you had a nice break with family and friends.  If you were one of those who had to work over Chrissy, the I hope you can find some joy today from working out with your friends.

Don’t forget we are only running the 9.30am, 5.15pm and 6.15pm sessions this week, and Saturday will be 7am (Open Gym) and 8am only.

In pairs, 15 min AMRAP:
10 Ketllebell Swings 24/16kg
10 Air Squats
10 HR Push-ups
