As some of you know, Kaino has been helping out in recent weeks with Coaching after completing his CrossFit Level 1 Certification a short while ago. Tonight he will be taking charge of the 6.15pm class and the 7.15pm Talon session, so come on in and make his first class as Coach a memorable one.
