WHO’S FEELING CHIPPER?
As some of you know, Kaino has been helping out in recent weeks with Coaching after completing his CrossFit Level 1 Certification a short while ago. Tonight he will be taking charge of the 6.15pm class and the 7.15pm Talon session, so come on in and make his first class as Coach a memorable one.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. In teams of 3, perform relay style:
3 x 200m Sandbag Runs each
***Perform a plank when you come back from your run and hold until your teammate comes back.
B. 15 min AMRAP:

90 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
