TODAY’S GYMNASTICS CLASS – HANDSTAND PUSH-UPS

Today’s focus for the 10am Gymnastics class will be Handstand Push-ups.  We’ll be going through different progressions to improve your inverted position and strength.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. Partner “Cindy”

15 Squats

10 Push-ups

5 Pull-ups

***Alternate complete rounds

 

B. In teams of 3-4:

400m Tyre Carry

40 Tyre Flips
