This Saturday’s 8am session will be at Boronia Park, corner of Princes Street and Park Road.  We’ll be hitting a big team workout guys – the more the better.  You can hit “Unwritten Cafe” for a coffee afterwards – its just up the road.

STRENGTH

16 min EMOM (every 2 mins)

5 Back Squats @60% + 10 Push-ups

METCON

In pairs, where only one person works at a time, max reps:

3 mins Shoulder to Overhead 70/50kg

Rest 3 mins

3 mins Bar Facing Burpees
