40 Pull-ups

60 cal Bike

60 cal Row

***Scale options – 

HSPU – Pike Handstand Push-ups off Box

C2B – Pull-ups using a band if needed

Ring Dips – use stable rack or band on the rings 

Pull-ups – Ring Rows
