Our first Gymnastics class starts today at 10am.
If you need to improve your gymnastics technique, then come in and work through the drills to become more efficient in the way you move. If you are a complete novice when it comes to gymnastics, or just cannot “get it”, then the progressions and scaling options we have for you will get you started on your journey.
We will be focussing on Bar Muscle Ups for the first 2-3 weeks. Even if you believe they are way out of reach for you, the skills you will learn in theses classes will transfer over to other movements.
