PROGRESSIONS FOR BAR MUSCLE-UPS

Today we will begin taking you through progressions to do a Bar Muscle Up.  If you already have them, then we’ll try to make them better and more efficient.  For those who have not got the, please do not be put off by this session.  Come in and work through the scalings.  You have to start somewhere – learn to crawl before you walk before you run.

Bar Muscle-Up Practice

**For those who can do Bar Muscle-Ups, work your way through 5 rounds of the complex:

3 pull-ups

2 C2B

1 Bar Muscle Up
