GEO NEWS:

Outdoor sessions for ALL classes this Friday and 8am class on Saturday – rain, hail or shine.

FRIDAY will be at Boronia Park, corner of Princes Street and Park Road, Boronia Park.

SATURDAY will be at Ryde Park, corner of Princes Street and Argyle Avenue, Ryde.

New Gymnastics Specialty Class will begin next Saturday 18 November.  It will be held at 10am and will replace the Oly Lifting Class every Saturday.

STRENGTH

Push Press 5 sets of 5 reps

***build up over the sets

METCON

For reps:

40 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

30 Double Unders

30 Toes to Bar

30 Double Unders

20 Wallballs

30 Double Unders

10 Clean & Jerks 60/40kg

then in time remaining, max Ring Muscle Ups

***15 min time cap
