IMPROVING YOUR AEROBIC CAPACITY WILL IMPROVE YOUR METCONS

Improving your aerobic capacity will improve your MetCon performance

As part of our plan for you to improve your cardiovascular endurance, we will be introducing some long runs (by CrossFit standards) into the programming.  Don’t shy away from them.  The aerobic capacity you build in the runs will help you with the conditioning workouts in terms of your breathing capacity, your engine, and your ability to recover faster.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. For time:

2400m Run

B. In pairs, 3 rounds for time of:

40 Pull-ups

40 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

40 Box Jumps

40 Wallballs
