METCON

3 rounds for time of:

50 Double Unders/150 Singles

10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 Strict Pull-ups

10 Kipping Handstand Push-ups

10 Kipping Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups

***Scaling – 

HSPU – Pike Push-ups off Box or Dumbbell Press

Strict Pull-up – 15 Ring Rows

Chest to Bar Pull-up – Bentover Barbell Row 60/40kg
