Sleds, Thrusters and Burpees – what’s not to like?
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. In pairs, 3 rounds of:
100m Sled Drag (Person A drags down, Person B brings back) 80/60kg
200m Run together
***Each new round add 10 kgs to the sled. Teams will line up and take turns. When one team finishes, the next team goes. You rest while you wait your turn.
B. “Mini Kalsu”
In pairs, complete 50 Thrusters 60/40kg
***both team members do 5 burpees every minute on the minute then resume Thrusters. Start with 5 burpees.
