The GEO Young Guns start back today for Term 4.  Anyone coming in for the 4pm Open Gym, please be prepared to be overrun by enthusiastic small people.

No, Morv is not injured. This was one of the workouts last weekend at Riot Squad – 40 squats and 40 Lunges holding the stretcher, alternated with a team member carry of around 300m.  Clearly G thinks it’s hilarious!
