A. 10 min to work on your Power Clean and Split Jerk Technique

B. 10 min EMOM – Power Clean + Split Jerk

1 & 2 mins – 5 reps at 40/30kg

3 & 4 mins – 4 reps at 50/35kg

5 & 6 mins – 3 reps at 60/40kg

7 & 8 mins – 2 reps at 70/50kg

9 & 10 mins – 1 rep at 80/60kg
