STRENGTH

Weighted Step-ups (Back rack barbell)                                 

8-8-8-8  

***8 reps in total, alternate legs                          

METCON

Deck of cards in teams of 4:                      

Hearts = Pull-ups              

Diamonds = Hang Power Cleans 50/35kg           

Spades = Burpees over Bar                                   

Clubs = KBS 24/16kg       

Joker = 80 cal bike (whole team can share)     

J, Q, K = 15                     

A = 21
