WORKOUT OF THE DAY
There are a few different energy systems we use with CrossFit which involve the use of different fuels (glycogen, fat, oxygen) within the body and in turn, give us different fitness results. We try to give you a balanced program at GEO – we do not want you going 100% for every single workout. This would be counter-productive. Sometimes we want you to just go at a “comfortable” pace so that your mind and body can adapt. Use today’s run as an opportunity to just work on your aerobic capacity. Find a comfortable pace that you can maintain for the whole distance.
