To get you guys ready for Summer and beyond, GEO will be taking part in the “Whole Life Challenge”. This is an 8-week game that will help you make positive changes to the way you eat, train, rest/sleep, drink and even think.
This is not one of those challenges where you must do this and you must eat that. It is really flexible and gives you the opportunity to choose your level of commitment, and also the chance (if you have been real good) to earn tokens for cheat meals and other indulgences.
It kicks off on 16 September, but next week we will be doing some benchmark workouts to measure ourselves against over the course of the challenge. These benchmark workouts will be done next Monday (11th Sept).
Don’t worry if you can’t make it in – there will be other opportunities to do them.
All of the Coaching team will be jumping on board because just like you, we want to be fitter, healthier and happier. So join our team “CrossFit GEO” (catchy name hey?) and lets all move forward together.
