Not all workouts are done in a gym. Get outdoors and tackle mother nature for a challenge. This picture was taken at Horombo Hut (3720m), Mt Kilimanjaro. At this altitude, just walking is a task.



Barbell Row 10-10-10                                              

* Focus on keeping the torso stable – no bouncing                          


In teams of 3, 3 rounds for time of:            

400m Run together with a single Wallball           

60 Wallballs                         

60 Anchored Sit-ups           

60 Ring Rows
