A. Overhead Squats  5-5-5 @ 50% 1RM          

B. Back Squat 3-3-3

10 Squats                        

10 Squat Jumps                 

10 Jumping Lunges             

10 Cobra Push-ups          

10 Polar bear Push-ups          

10 HR Push-ups               

10 Toes to bar                  

10 Sit-ups                      

10 Straight Leg raises
