1. 3-5 Ring Muscle Ups (or a scaled version)           

2. 10 Squat Jumps             

3. 10 V-ups                      

***Intent – focus on quality, not speed                        

 

B. For time:                            

800m Run                       

50 HR Push-ups                                     

50 KBS 24/16kg               

800m Run
