WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. 12 min EMOM                

1. 3 Rope Climbs              

2. 10 Burpees                      

3. 5 Candlestick to Roll up                                  

 

B.  In pairs, perform 6 rounds for time of:                        

15 Hand Release Push-ups                                           

15 Box Jumps                

200m Run                       

***Alternate complete rounds to do 3 each
