Back Squat 10-10-5-5-3
*start at 50% and build up
METCON
3 separate rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats 60/40
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps
**Rest 2 mins between rounds. Bar taken from the floor. Intent – find a pace that allows unbroken reps and quality movement.
