Kaino has been training smart and rehabbing his injured knee. He might not be able to do a full squat but he can still power clean a heap of weight.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

3 sets, not for time of:                          

5 Strict Handstand push-ups                    

5 Upright Barbell Rows   

*Scale HSPU’s to HSPU off box, wallclimbs or push-ups

 

B. In teams of 3, Indian file through 2 rounds of:                            

100m Sled drag 70/50kg                                     

15 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
