THE IMPORTANCE OF EATING AND RESTING WELL TO GOOD HEALTH

The podcast below is really worth listening to.  The guest is Daniel Schmactenberger who is an expert in the working of the brain and the body.  He is a bit “sciencey” in his approach to a number of topics but if you can bear with it, I think you will really get a lot out of this podcast.  Amongst other things he talks about how caffein affects the mind and body,  he talks about the importance of rest and sleep to optimal health, and offers some knowledge bombs on how eating well, not just avoiding junk food, but actually eating food that is grown in ideal conditions, can have a huge impact on the body.  Play it while you are driving or on the way to work.

A. 15 mins to get 1RM Overhead Squat                           

B. 1 1/4 Front Squats  4-4-4
