TIME TO TEST YOUR ENGINE
****SATURDAY OLY LIFTING CLASS AT 10AM****
Time to test your engine again. We have hit this WOD a few times over the last few months. Hopefully you recorded your last results so you can strategise how to best attack this WOD and get some extra reps. If not, just go hard!
This workout will be performed in groups where you will judge each other to ensure good standards of movement, to encourage and motivate, and to keep track of each others reps.
