Congratulations to these GEO legends who all competed yesterday at two different comps.  Well done guys.  You did GEO proud!

A LOT OF 1RM’s COMING UP

The next couple of months are going to see us hit a number of 1RM’s to establish some new benchmarks for our seasoned members and some actual benchmarks for our newbies.  We will be working on improving strength and technique and then retesting to measure our gains.  If you are currently injured and unable to do the movement that is programmed, please come in.  We have a thousand other movements you can do.
